How should Mustikas Forte be taken, and how long does a course last?

Mustikas Forte is positioned as a vitamin and mineral product taken as a course, not a remedy with an instant effect. This means it makes sense to take it regularly over a certain period, for example during intensive studying, a work project with a lot of screen time, or in the season when the eyes react more strongly to dry air and artificial lighting.

According to the label, adults and children over 14 take 2 tablets 2 times a day with meals, children aged 7–14 take 3 tablets a day, and children aged 3–7 take 1 tablet 2 times a day; the course lasts 2–4 months. You should not increase the dose on your own: exceeding the recommended amount does not enhance the effect but can put an excessive load on the body, especially where zinc is concerned.

The tablets are taken with meals, which also reduces the likelihood of stomach discomfort; for adults, it is convenient to link the two doses to breakfast and dinner. Store the product according to the conditions stated on the pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
