The principle is simple: put the ring on any finger and slowly roll it from the base to the tip and back. As it moves, the coils of the ring press on the skin one after another, creating a series of light pressure pulses — this is mechanical self-massage.
A few practical tips:
Pace and pressure. Move the ring smoothly, without sudden jerks. The pressure should be comfortable — slight tingling and warmth after a few passes are normal; pain or a strong burning sensation is a signal to reduce the pressure.
Duration. According to the instructions, the ring is used on each finger 1–2 times a day for 5–10 minutes — for example, during a work break or after a long spell of typing.
Which fingers. You can work on all the fingers of both hands in turn. This is especially relevant for people who do a lot of typing, drawing, knitting or other fine work with their hands.
When it is better not to use it. If the skin on your fingers has small wounds, irritation, inflammation or noticeable discomfort, postpone use until the skin has fully recovered.
The ring needs no batteries, charging or settings of any kind. You can keep it on your desk, in your bag or make-up bag and use it at any time.
