How should the stick be used, and how often can it be used?

Remove the cap, hold the open end of the stick to one nostril and take a slow, calm breath in through your nose. Then repeat with the other nostril. 1–2 breaths per nostril are enough to feel the freshness of the menthol and essential oils. Put the cap back on straight after use: this slows the evaporation of the aromatic ingredients and extends the life of the stick.

The stick can be used as needed but, as the manufacturer states, for no longer than two weeks. Even so, if you have a sensitive mucous membrane or a tendency to allergy to essential oils, it is worth starting with one or two uses a day and assessing the reaction. If irritation, burning or discomfort appears, it is better to stop using it.

It is recommended to store the stick at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat: high temperatures speed up the evaporation of essential oils. Do not leave it in the car glovebox in hot weather.

If nasal congestion is prolonged or getting worse, if you feel worse or have an unusual reaction, see a specialist: the stick is not a treatment.
