According to the card, size 2 is chosen by waist circumference of 71–80 cm; the height of the belt is 24 cm. The card does not describe how to measure the waist or what to do on the border between sizes. Warnings in the Estonian description: for external use only; do not use if hypersensitive to the components; if allergic reactions occur, stop use and see a doctor; avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; keep out of the reach of children.

General information (not a manufacturer's instruction): the waist is usually measured with a tape measure horizontally, standing; a belt that is too loose will not give the needed support, one that is too tight creates excessive pressure; make sure the edge does not dig into the skin, and take breaks during long wear. After surgery, with a hernia or while stitches heal, it is better to wear the belt on a doctor's advice.
