How should the spray be applied — to wet or dry hair? — The Doctor Health&Care Hair Spray Keratin + Arginine + Biotin "Maximum Energy" 150 ml

This is a leave-in product and it can be used on both wet and dry hair, depending on what you need at the moment.

On wet hair (after washing): apply the spray after shampoo and conditioner, before blow-drying. Spray from a distance of 15–20 cm, evenly along the lengths, avoiding the roots. Then comb the strands through — the arginine and keratin in the formula help make this easier, and the silicone creates a protective film before heat styling. The product does not need to be rinsed out.

On dry hair (during the day): the spray is handy when you need to quickly refresh the lengths, tame frizz or make combing easier without washing again. A few pumps along the lengths are enough — do not rub the product into the scalp.

In both cases the key rule is to apply to the lengths and ends, not to the roots. Start with a small amount: if your hair is fine or there is not much of it, one or two pumps over the whole length are usually enough. For thick or very long hair you can increase the amount by applying the product in layers.

The spray is especially convenient for those who regularly use a hairdryer: it helps reduce stiffness and frizz after drying, making the final result smoother.
