According to the card, for adults and children over 2, a small amount of the ointment is applied externally in the area of the nose, on the cheeks, chest and back and rubbed in lightly; for children the ointment can be used as a warming product on the soles of the feet. It is used 2–4 times a day. A spatula is included in the package for more convenient use.
