According to the card, the cream is applied to the problem area 2–3 times a day with massaging circular movements for 3–5 minutes until fully absorbed, and the treated area is kept, if possible, warm and at rest for 1–2 hours. The minimum course is 1.5 months. The card says nothing about combining it with other products.
