How should the cream be applied, and how often?

The cream is intended exclusively for external use on the skin of the anorectal area. Hygiene before application is important: gently cleanse and dry the skin — this makes the protective barrier formed by the product more effective.

The cream is applied in a thin layer to the area concerned. It is used 1–2 times a day or as needed: many people apply the cream after every visit to the toilet or hygiene routine, as well as before prolonged sitting. It is best to clarify the specific regimen with a specialist, especially if you have any accompanying conditions.

If you have very sensitive skin or tend to react to cosmetic products, apply a small amount of the cream to a limited area before regular use and assess the reaction over a few hours.

The camphor in the formula gives a noticeable cooling effect immediately after application — this is normal and to be expected. If burning, redness or increased discomfort appears after use, stop using the product.
