The cream is applied to clean, dry skin of the feet. The best time is after a shower or a foot bath, when the skin is already softened and absorbs care well. Dry the feet thoroughly before application: leftover moisture between the toes reduces the product's effectiveness and can create an uncomfortable environment.
Pay particular attention to the heels and areas of hardened skin — this is where the skin roughens fastest and needs more thorough care. Rub the cream in with light massaging movements until fully absorbed.
With pronounced dryness and a tendency to crack, it makes sense to apply the cream regularly — 1–2 times a day. A single application gives a temporary effect, whereas systematic care gradually changes the condition of the skin. If you want to boost the effect, you can put on cotton socks for 20–30 minutes after application: this helps the cream absorb better, especially on very dry areas.
With sensitive skin, deep cracks or pronounced irritation, test the reaction on a small area of skin before regular use. If you have diabetes, it is best to agree on your choice of foot care products with a specialist.
