How should the cream be applied to get the maximum warming effect?

Apply a small amount of cream to clean, dry skin of the feet or the area in question and massage it in with circular movements for 3–5 minutes until fully absorbed, 2–3 times a day. It is the mechanical action that enhances the warming effect: the active components, camphor, turpentine and pepper, ‘open up’ better with massage, while ethoxydiglycol helps them spread through the upper layers of the skin.

The most convenient time to use the cream is in the evening after a shower or a foot bath: skin softened by warm water is more receptive to the softening components, lanolin and glycerin, and the warmth from the massage feels more pleasant before resting. It can also be used after walks or physical exertion, when the feet feel tired.

Wash your hands thoroughly after applying: pepper and camphor can irritate the mucous membranes of the eyes and nose on accidental contact. Do not wrap the treated area in tight bandages straight after applying, as this may increase the burning beyond a comfortable level.
