How should you apply the cream-balm to get the most out of it?

The cream-balm is designed for local use: it is applied to specific areas that need extra care rather than spread all over the body like an ordinary lotion. This concentrates the action of the ingredients where they are really needed.

A few practical tips:

  • Apply to clean skin. After a shower or washing, the skin is more receptive to care ingredients. If you are applying it to your hands after being outdoors, wash them first.
  • Slightly damp skin is a plus. Applying it straight after a shower, while the skin is still a little damp, helps retain more moisture under the protective layer of the balm.
  • Rub it in with gentle movements. There is no need to rub an irritated area — it is enough to gently massage in a small amount of the product until it is lightly absorbed.
  • Repeat as needed. On very dry areas (heels, elbows, knuckles), it can be applied 2–3 times a day, especially in the cold season or with frequent exposure to wind and water.

If your skin tends to react to plant ingredients or fragrances, apply a small amount of the product to the inside of your elbow before first use and wait a few hours. If redness or itching appears, stop using it.

Do not apply the cream-balm to deep skin damage or markedly inflamed areas — in such cases, you need to consult a specialist.
