According to the card, the gel is applied in a thin layer with light circular movements, and after 10–20 minutes the residue is washed off with warm water or removed with a damp wipe; the procedure is carried out 2–3 times a week. For bruises, the gel is applied immediately after the blow and then 2–3 times a day until the bruise disappears. Do not use in case of individual intolerance to individual components.
