The gel is applied to clean skin on the legs — preferably after a shower or wash, when the pores are open and the skin is ready for the product. A small amount of gel is spread with light massaging movements from the bottom up — from the foot to the knee. This direction of movement follows the natural outflow of blood and helps distribute the product better over the skin.
A few practical points:
There is no need to rub the gel in forcefully — it absorbs quickly on its own.
After applying, let the gel dry a little before putting on clothes — 1–2 minutes is usually enough.
If your legs swell a lot by the evening, it can help to apply the gel and lie down with a small pillow under your legs — this helps relieve the strain.
In hot weather, it is handy to keep the gel in a cool place — according to the label, it is stored at +5 °C to +25 °C.
The product is for external use only. Avoid applying it to damaged or irritated skin and avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; the gel should not be used by anyone hypersensitive to its ingredients, and if an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it and consult a doctor. If your skin is sensitive, apply a small amount of gel to the inside of your elbow before first use and wait a few hours — this is a standard tolerance test.
The gel is not a medicine. If you have pronounced swelling, pain or noticeable vascular changes, you should see a specialist.
