The cream is applied to clean, slightly damp or dry body skin — damp skin after a shower retains the active ingredients better. Pay particular attention to areas where the skin roughens fastest: elbows, shins, knees and heels.

The product is spread with light massaging movements until fully absorbed. The rich texture of the cream means there is no need to apply a thick layer — a thin, even coat is enough.

How often you use it depends on the condition of your skin: for pronounced dryness, several times a day as needed, rubbing it in well, as stated on the label; for maintenance care in the cold season, once a day may be enough, usually in the evening. Morning application is also possible if the skin has time to absorb the cream before you get dressed.

The product is intended for external use only. Contact with mucous membranes and the eyes should be avoided.
