The card has no separate regimen for beginners. General rules of use: for the treated area, one or more modules are taken according to its size and pressed to the skin by hand, by body weight (back, feet), with a rubber belt or an elastic bandage; the pressure should stay within the limits of pain tolerance. The exposure can be light and short (about 1–3 minutes), and no more than 10 minutes per procedure.
