How should I use the eucalyptus bath salt?

Add a suitable amount of salt to the bath water according to the instructions on the packaging, preferably before or while filling the bath, so that it dissolves better and spreads evenly through the water. The best water temperature is comfortably warm, not scalding: water that is too hot increases the strain on the blood vessels and can dry the skin.

Do not prolong the treatment: staying in salt water for a long time can dry out the skin, especially if it is prone to dryness. After the bath, rinse your body with clean water and, if you wish, apply a moisturising cream or oil, which will help keep the skin soft.

The salt is intended for external use only: avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. If your skin is reactive or you are using products with plant extracts for the first time, start with a smaller amount of salt and assess the reaction. In case of irritation, redness or discomfort, you should stop using it. Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with chronic skin or vascular conditions should consult a specialist before regular use.
