Both options are valid, depending on your situation. A full bath is suitable when you want to treat the whole body — for example, after an intense workout, with general fatigue or a feeling of stiffness in the muscles. Local baths for the hands and feet are convenient after a long day on your feet, when your limbs feel heavy or after local strain.
For a full bath, dissolve the contents of the pack in 200–500 ml of warm water (no hotter than 40 °C), stir, leave to stand for 5–10 minutes, stir again and pour into a filled bath (75–100 litres of water). For a local bath, dissolve the contents of one bottle in 4–5 litres of warm water. The water temperature in the bath should be 36–38 °C: hotter water puts additional strain on the cardiovascular system, especially when you are tired.
The procedure lasts 10–15 minutes; after a full bath, dry your body with a towel without rinsing off the solution and rest lying down for 30–40 minutes; after a local bath, dry your limbs and also rest for 30–40 minutes. Let your own well-being guide how often you use it. It is not an everyday care product in the usual sense, but rather a procedure that you build into your routine as needed — after exertion or during periods of increased stress.
During pregnancy, during a flare-up of a chronic illness or if you are unsure whether it is compatible with your current treatment, discuss its use with a doctor in advance. The product is suitable from the age of 12; it is not used in case of hypersensitivity to its ingredients, and if an allergic reaction occurs, stop using it and consult a doctor. Avoid contact of the solution with the eyes and mucous membranes.
