The main way to use it is as an oil step before washing: the oil is applied to the scalp along the partings and spread along the lengths, left on for a while and then washed out with shampoo. This approach gives a nourishing effect without the risk of the oil remaining on the hair as a heavy layer.
The dropper in the pack helps you dose the product precisely and apply it along the partings in a targeted way without using too much — this is especially useful if you need to treat the roots specifically without overloading the lengths.
For dry ends, the oil can be applied separately — only to the ends, before washing. If the aim is to nourish the scalp, it is used as an oil mask, distributed along the partings without applying it to the lengths unless necessary.
With fine hair, start with literally 2–3 drops and see how the hair responds: if after washing out the hair looks heavy or greasy at the roots, reduce the amount or shorten the time you leave it on. Thick and very dry hair, on the other hand, may need more product for even distribution.
The general rule for oil treatments: it is better to apply less and add more if necessary than to wash out the excess with several rounds of shampoo, which in itself dries the hair.
