The lotion is applied to dry hair. The product is spread along the whole length, with special attention to the root area, where lice and nits are concentrated. The lotion format is especially convenient for thick, long or hard-to-wet hair: it allows each strand to be treated step by step.

45 minutes after application, the hair must be combed through thoroughly with a fine-toothed comb. This step is just as important as the application itself: combing mechanically removes dead lice and detached nits, which would otherwise stay in the hair.

If the product is bought for a child or an adult family member, it makes sense to check everyone who has been in close contact with the infested person at the same time. Also pay attention to combs, hair clips and textiles that have touched the hair, such as hats, pillowcases and towels.

The lotion must not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or on damaged skin or skin conditions in the area of application.
