How should the VAREMEROHU cream-balm be used, and when is the best time to apply it?

The cream-balm is applied directly to the skin over muscles, joints or ligaments that have been under strain or feel tense. The key point is rubbing it in: the product is not simply applied in a thin layer but massaged in with circular or lengthwise movements until fully absorbed. It is the massaging movement, combined with camphor and cinnamon and ginger essential oils, that boosts local blood circulation and creates the characteristic warming effect.

The cream-balm is most convenient to use after physical exertion — sport, a long walk, work in the garden or a long journey, when muscles and joints feel heavy or stiff. It is also suitable for those who, on the contrary, have spent several hours in one position: at a desk, behind the wheel or on a plane.

The product is best applied to clean, dry skin. After application, it is advisable to let the area “rest” — do not expose it straight away to cold or intense exertion, so that the warming effect has time to develop. Washing your hands after use is a must, especially if the cream-balm was applied to the back or shoulders with someone's help.

The product is intended for external use only. Do not apply it to damaged skin or abrasions, or near mucous membranes. If you have chronic joint or skin conditions, consult a specialist before using it regularly.
