How should the filter be used, and when should the minerals be replaced?

The principle is simple: the minerals are placed in a container of water and the water is left to stand. Water prepared in this way is used for drinking, making tea and cooking, washing your face or for cosmetic mixtures — depending on your needs.

A few practical points worth noting:

  • Rinsing the minerals. Before first use, the minerals are rinsed with clean water to remove dust and fine particles. After that, the minerals are rinsed once a week.
  • Replacement. The minerals do not last forever: over time their adsorption and filtering capacity decreases. According to the instructions, the mix is used for 6–8 months, after which the minerals are replaced with new ones.
  • Container. It is best to use glass or ceramic containers — they are neutral and do not react with the minerals.
  • Standing time. Use 500 g of the mix per 5 litres of water and leave it to stand for 2–3 days the first time. After that, water can be topped up in the evening, leaving 1 glass in the container — after 8–10 hours, that is, by morning, it is ready.

This format suits those who want to make water treatment part of their home routine without complex equipment. However, it does not replace proper filtration systems where there are real problems with water quality.
