According to the card, the filter bag is covered with 1 litre of boiling water and left to infuse for 10–20 minutes; all the salt from the bag is dissolved in warm bath water at 37–38 °C and the infusion is added. The bath lasts 15–20 minutes; the course is 10–12 procedures every other day. For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.

General information (not a manufacturer's instruction): it is useful to rest after the bath, and if you feel unwell during the procedure, it is stopped.
