How should this salt be used correctly — for a full bath or for hand and foot baths? — Bishofite with silver ions salt of the ancient sea, 500 g "AromaSaules"
The product is designed for both formats of use, and the choice depends on your goal and convenience.
Full bath: warm water helps open the skin and increases contact with the dissolved minerals. The optimal temperature is comfortably warm, not hot: overheating reduces the enjoyment of the treatment and can put unnecessary strain on the blood vessels. The duration of the treatment is not stated on the label; for warm baths people usually go by 15–20 minutes and their own sensations. Check the amount of salt in the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging.
Foot or hand bath: the local format is convenient after a long day on your feet or when your hands feel tired. Adjust the salt concentration in a small volume of water in line with the recommendations on the packaging as well — the solution should not be made excessively concentrated.
After the treatment it is enough to pat the skin gently with a towel — do not rub. If you want to enhance the softening effect, apply your usual moisturising cream right after the bath, while the skin is still slightly damp.
With very sensitive skin or pronounced irritation, it is worth first testing tolerance on a small area. With chronic skin conditions, pregnancy or when taking medication, consult a specialist before regular use.
According to the label, the product is for external use only; it is not used in the case of general contraindications to balneotherapy, signs of iodism or bromism, and diseases in the acute stage, it is not used at the same time as preparations containing silver, and an overdose of silver ions and contact with the eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided.
