The paste is used like any other toothpaste: apply a small amount to your brush and brush your teeth for two minutes, paying attention to the gum line and the spaces between the teeth. The Ayurvedic formula does not require any special techniques.
A few practical points worth considering:
Amount of paste. Because of the intense flavour and aroma, a small amount — about the size of a pea — is enough. Using more does not increase the effect, but it makes the flavour even stronger, which may be uncomfortable at first.
Rinsing. After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Traces of the spicy ingredients on the mucous membrane can leave a lasting warm sensation — this is normal, but if it bothers you, use more water when rinsing.
When to use it. The paste is well suited to brushing in the morning: its rich flavour is invigorating and leaves a feeling of freshness for several hours. In the evening you can alternate it with another toothpaste if you wish.
Storage. Keep the tube closed, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat — this is a standard condition for toothpastes with plant extracts and essential oils.
The toothpaste does not replace dental floss, mouthwash and regular visits to the dentist — it is part of daily hygiene, not a stand-alone solution for oral health.
