The applicator is placed on the skin or you lie on it, ensuring even contact of the needles with the surface. The small size of Malish (36 × 84 mm) is designed for local areas: the neck, lower back, shoulders, the area around joints, palms and soles. It is not intended for large surfaces — those call for larger formats.
Contact time: short sessions of 7–10 minutes usually give a toning, invigorating effect. Longer use (from 20 minutes to 2 hours) is more often chosen to relax muscles after exertion or long sitting. It is better to start with a shorter time, especially if you are using a needle applicator for the first time: sensations can be intense.
Position of the body: for the neck and lower back the applicator is conveniently placed under you while lying down — body weight creates the required pressure without extra effort. For the palms and soles you can simply press with your hand or stand on it, adjusting the intensity yourself.
Sensations at the start: burning, tingling and redness of the skin in the first minutes are a normal reaction to mechanical irritation of the receptors. If the discomfort is too strong, shorten the time or place a thin fabric between the skin and the applicator, removing it gradually as you get used to it.
Before use during pregnancy, with injuries or skin irritation, and in chronic conditions, it is advisable to consult a specialist.
