The cream balm in a small 45 g pack is convenient to use, but, like most products with plant components, it requires several conditions to be observed.
- Storage. Keep the product at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Sea buckthorn oil is sensitive to high temperatures: if overheated, the formula may change its texture or smell.
- Hygiene during use. Take the product out with clean hands or with a special spatula. This extends its shelf life and prevents contamination.
- First application. If you are using calendula or sea buckthorn products for the first time, apply a small amount to the inner elbow and wait a few hours. This is especially relevant for those who are sensitive to plant components.
- Period after opening. Look at the PAO symbol (the open-jar icon) on the packaging: it shows for how many months the product can be used after first opening.
The product is not a medicine and is not intended for the treatment of skin diseases. In chronic skin conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult a specialist before using any cosmetic products with active plant components.
