According to the card, size 7 suits a waist circumference of 121–130 cm; to choose a suitable size, go by waist circumference. The Estonian and English descriptions give the whole size range by waist circumference: 1 — 60–70, 2 — 71–80, 3 — 81–90, 4 — 91–100, 5 — 101–110, 6 — 111–120, 7 — 121–130 cm. The card does not describe how to measure the waist or what to do on the border between sizes.

General information (not a manufacturer's instruction): the waist is usually measured with a tape measure horizontally, standing; the product should fit snugly but without constricting.
