According to the manufacturer's (Toros-Group) description, size 2 is designed for a wrist circumference of up to 22 cm. For comparison: size 1 – up to 18 cm, size 3 – up to 28 cm; that is, size 2 is designed for a wrist of roughly 18 to 22 cm. Measure your wrist with a soft tape and compare it with these values. The Estonian and English descriptions say «wrist diameter» instead of circumference – if you are unsure about the measurement or your measurement is on the border of two values, please ask us before ordering.

General recommendation (not a manufacturer's instruction): a support that is too tight can squeeze the hand – numb fingers, a feeling of fullness or a change in skin colour point to this; one that is too loose will not give the needed support.
