The manufacturer recommends taking the contents of 1 bottle (10 ml) once a day, shaking it well first; beyond that, there are general practical guidelines for liquid herbal complexes with adaptogens that are worth bearing in mind.
- Time of day. The tonic ingredients (ginseng, cordyceps) are best taken in the first half of the day – in the morning or before lunch. Taking them closer to the evening may affect falling asleep in people who are sensitive to stimulating plants.
- Before or after meals. Liquid extracts are usually taken before or with a meal – this reduces the likelihood of stomach discomfort if your digestion is sensitive.
- Regularity matters more than a single dose. Adaptogens and immune herbs have a cumulative effect: it is assessed not after a single shot but at the end of a course, alongside a stable sleep and eating routine.
- Combining with other supplements. If you are already taking other adaptogens or immune complexes, consider the overlap of ingredients – for example, a double dose of ginseng from different sources may put an unwanted strain on the body.
The shots are easy to take with you: the liquid form needs no dissolving and fits easily into a morning ritual or a snack at work. Keeping an opened shot is not recommended – each single-dose bottle is intended to be taken in one go.
