The LEKRASET Südame-veresoonkonna teimesegu N20 blend contains three plant ingredients, each with its own role in the overall profile of the drink.
- Hawthorn fruit — 30% of the blend. Hawthorn contains flavonoids and organic acids and is widely used in the European and Eastern European herbal tradition. It is what gives the infusion its characteristic mild, slightly astringent taste.
- Valerian — a traditional ingredient of evening herbal drinks. It is added when you want to shift to a calmer pace after a busy day.
- Motherwort — the largest ingredient of the blend (40%); in herbal blends it is often combined with hawthorn and valerian: together they give the infusion a more balanced taste and character.
The resulting drink is a classic herbal tea with a mild plant aroma. It is not a medicinal product but a tea drink, taken according to the regimen on the pack — 1/3 of a cup 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals — for example, during periods of increased strain and overtiredness.
