This sulphate-free shampoo is designed for hair that feels rough, tangled or dull after standard washes — typical of bleached, coloured, curly or naturally dry textures. The cleansing base avoids harsh sulphates, which can strip the hair's protective lipid layer and leave lengths feeling "squeaky" but brittle. Instead, it uses milder surfactants that clean the scalp while preserving more of the hair's natural oils.

Macadamia oil is the standout ingredient: its fatty acid profile (notably palmitoleic acid, omega-7) closely resembles human sebum, so it deposits easily on porous hair and helps restore softness without heaviness. Argan oil adds squalene, vitamin E compounds and emollient fatty acids that smooth the cuticle, reducing friction between strands and making detangling easier.

If your hair is fine but coloured, you may still like the lighter finish — just focus the shampoo on the scalp and let the rinse cleanse the lengths.
