Because the formula contains fragranced cleansing agents (Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Cocamidopropyl Betaine) it may cause tingling or redness on very reactive or damaged skin.

Before using the shampoo on the whole head, perform a patch test: apply a tiny amount behind the ear or on the inner forearm, wait 24 hours, and check for any itching, swelling or rash.

If the scalp is already irritated, has open lesions, or has been flaking heavily for an extended period, it is advisable to pause use and consult a pharmacist or dermatologist who can recommend a product better suited to compromised skin.

When you do use the shampoo, keep contact with the eyes to a minimum; if accidental splashing occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

For routine use, limit washing to no more than three times per week unless your hair type truly requires more frequent cleansing, as over‑washing can strip natural oils and increase sensitivity.
