Is this scrub safe to use on my face?

This product is explicitly designed as a body exfoliator. Body skin, such as on the legs, arms, and elbows, is generally thicker and more resilient than facial skin. While the sugar crystals work to mechanically lift away dead surface cells on the body, using them on the more delicate facial skin can cause micro-tears, redness, and irritation. Facial skin also has different oil gland density and is more prone to sensitivity and conditions like rosacea.

For exfoliating the face, dermatologists typically recommend gentler chemical exfoliants (like AHAs or BHAs) or very fine, specifically formulated physical scrubs. Since the 'How it works' content notes the scrub is best suited to skin that tolerates exfoliation well, and facial skin often does not fall into that category for such coarse crystals, it's advisable to use a product intended for facial use instead.
