Its formula contains 4% urea, which helps bind water in the upper layers of the skin and gently loosens hardened surface cells, so rough patches can gradually feel smoother with regular use. Because this is a moderate urea level, it is aimed more at daily softening and hydration than strong exfoliation.
The cream also contains glycerin for additional moisture-binding support, while dimethicone helps form a light protective film to reduce water loss. Mineral oil and fatty alcohols give it a richer texture, which suits foot skin because it is often thicker and naturally less oily than skin on many other parts of the body.
Use it only on intact skin. If your heels are severely cracked, irritated or very sensitive, apply carefully to a small area first and stop using it if stinging, redness or discomfort appears.
