Is this cream suitable for use on the face, or is it body-only?

The product is developed and labeled as a body cream. Body skin is thicker, has a slower turnover rate, and fewer sebaceous glands than facial skin, so it tolerates richer, more occlusive formulas. The Omega 3-6-9 oil blend and Konjac Mannan are not inherently problematic for the face — both appear in facial products — but the overall lipid load and texture are calibrated for areas like shins, elbows, and forearms. On the face, that same occlusion can trap sebum, sweat, and residue, potentially leading to clogged pores, milia, or a heavy, shiny feel, especially in the T-zone or if you're prone to comedones.

If you have very dry, non-reactive facial skin and already know you tolerate rich creams (e.g., you use a similar lipid-heavy night cream without issues), a small test patch on the jawline for a few days can tell you if it works for you. But as a general rule: keep this for the body. For the face, choose a moisturizer formulated for facial skin's thinner stratum corneum, higher sebaceous activity, and different pH balance. If you're treating a specific facial condition (eczema, perioral dermatitis, rosacea), follow your dermatologist's product recommendations rather than extrapolating from body care.
