Is this cream suitable for sensitive skin or if I react to fragranced products?

The formula includes menthol and a fragrance component, both of which are common triggers for sensitive or reactive skin. The manufacturer advises trying a small amount first if your skin is very sensitive or you react easily to fragranced products. To patch-test, apply a dab the size of a grain of rice on the inner forearm or just above the ankle, wait 12–24 hours, and check for redness, itching, burning, or swelling. If no reaction occurs, it is generally safe to use on the feet as directed. Keep in mind that the skin on the soles is thicker than on the forearm, so a lack of reaction on the test spot does not guarantee zero sensation on the feet — the cooling effect of menthol will still be felt. If you have a known allergy to any listed ingredient (lanolin, horse chestnut extract, sweet clover extract, sunflower oil), avoid the product. For diagnosed skin conditions such as eczema or psoriasis on the feet, consult a specialist before adding any new cosmetic to your routine.
