Is this cream-butter suitable for oily or combination skin?

This cream-butter is formulated for dry, very dry and sensitive skin, and its texture is deliberately rich. The shea and coconut oils add density, creating a thicker, more protective layer on the skin. For that reason, it may feel too heavy for very oily skin or for anyone who prefers weightless textures.

If you have combination skin, you can still use it, but with a targeted approach: apply it only to the areas that feel dry or tight, such as the cheeks, and leave the T-zone out. Alternatively, use a smaller amount than you would with a lighter cream and let it absorb fully. If you notice a greasy feeling or clogged pores, reduce the amount or use it every other evening instead of daily.

The product does not contain strong active acids or retinoids, so it is not designed to address breakouts or peeling. Its role is to cushion the skin and reduce the feeling of dryness. If your skin is very oily, a lighter gel-based moisturizer may be a better match.
