Is this cream-balm suitable for sensitive skin, and what should I know about the ingredients?

KorolevFarm Shungite Cream-Balm is formulated with a rich texture designed to stay in place on targeted areas, but this composition requires careful consideration for those with sensitive skin. The formula includes lanolin and sunflower oil as key skin-conditioning agents. While lanolin is effective at softening and protecting the skin barrier, it is a known potential allergen for some individuals. Similarly, while sunflower oil is generally well-tolerated, rich emollients can sometimes feel heavy or occlusive on sensitive complexions.

Additionally, the cream contains glycerin to attract moisture and stearic acid to provide a denser, balm-like consistency. If you have a history of reactions to lanolin or find that rich, heavy creams cause irritation or clog pores, you should exercise caution. It is strongly recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of skin before applying the product to larger joints or the back. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours to check for any redness, itching, or discomfort. Do not apply this product to damaged, broken, or irritated skin, and keep it strictly away from eyes and mucous membranes to avoid stinging or irritation.
