Is the cream safe for very sensitive or compromised skin?

The product can be used by most skin types, but extra caution is advised if your hands are very sensitive or the skin barrier has been compromised. Start with a patch test: apply a tiny amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and leave it for 15‑20 minutes. If no tingling, redness, or itching appears, you can safely use it on your hands. Avoid applying the cream to broken skin, cuts, or open wounds, as the aloe juice is intended for intact epidermis only.

Should any irritation develop during first use or after a period of regular application, discontinue use immediately and rinse the area with lukewarm water. The cream is not a medical treatment, and persistent skin problems should be evaluated by a specialist. For everyday use, the lightweight, fast‑absorbing texture makes it suitable for frequent re‑application without the heavy feel that some thicker hand creams can cause.

  • Test a small amount first if you have very sensitive skin.
  • Do not apply to broken or damaged skin.
  • Stop using the product if irritation appears and consult a specialist if needed.
