Is it suitable for sensitive skin or people who react to essential oils?

This infusion can be used by people who enjoy aromatic bath and sauna products, but sensitivity to essential oils varies from person to person. If your skin is reactive or you often find fragrances too strong, start with a much smaller amount than you would normally use and see how the bath or sauna session feels.

In the bath, the product is dispersed in warm water, so it comes into closer contact with the skin. Avoid using it on damaged, freshly shaved or irritated areas, and keep the water away from the eyes. In the sauna, the aroma is mainly experienced through steam, but the warm environment can make scents feel more intense, so dilution and moderation are important.

If you notice stinging, itching, redness, watery eyes, coughing from the aroma, or any other discomfort, stop the session, rinse the skin with clean water if needed, and ventilate the room. For future use, either reduce the amount significantly or choose an unscented bath or sauna routine.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic condition, or are unsure whether essential oil aromas are suitable for you, ask a qualified specialist before use.
