I have sensitive skin — what should I watch out for before using this all over my legs?

Even though the formula is designed to be gentle, cooling agents (often menthol, peppermint oil, or similar compounds) can trigger stinging, redness, or itching on reactive skin. Do a patch test: apply a pea-sized amount on the inner forearm, wait 15–20 minutes, and check for any reaction. If you feel burning beyond a mild tingle, or see pronounced redness, wash off and skip full-leg use.

Avoid applying to freshly shaved or epilated skin, cuts, scrapes, sunburn, eczema patches, or any area where the barrier is compromised — the cooling agents will penetrate more aggressively and can irritate. The same goes for the eye area, lips, and mucous membranes; if accidental contact happens, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. If you have a known allergy to mint-family essential oils or common cosmetic preservatives, check the full ingredient list on the packaging before buying. When in doubt, especially with a history of contact dermatitis, consult a dermatologist or pharmacist before incorporating it into your routine.
