The product description itself notes that even though these are rinse-off masks, the exfoliating particles can feel too active on very sensitive or freshly irritated skin. That does not automatically mean you cannot use them, but you should treat them as an exfoliating product rather than a plain moisturising mask.

Start with a patch test on a small area, such as the inside of your arm or behind the ear. If your skin reacts easily to scrubs or fragranced cosmetics, this step is especially important. Wait at least a day and check for redness, itching, or burning before applying the mask to your face. On the day of use, avoid other exfoliating treatments — no additional scrubs, strong acids, or peeling masks — so you can see how your skin responds to this product alone.

When you use it, keep the layer thin, keep the massage very gentle, and shorten the contact time rather than leaving it on longer. Pay extra attention to the lip area and the sides of the nose, where the skin is thinner. If stinging or burning appears during the mask or after rinsing, remove the product with lukewarm water and stop using it.
