I have sensitive skin. Is this cream suitable for me?

This is not a mild, fragrance-free formula: it combines red pepper extract with ginger, cinnamon, rosemary, eucalyptus and Siberian fir oils, and all of these contribute to the warming sensation. On sensitive skin, the warmth can cross over into strong burning or irritation, so it is best to test before you commit to regular use.

The practical test is simple: apply a pea-sized amount to a small, flat area such as the inner forearm, and observe it for several hours. If redness, itching, a rash or persistent burning appears, do not continue using the cream. If the patch feels fine, still start with one small zone, such as one shoulder, rather than rubbing the cream into several areas on the first day.

If you have very reactive skin, known allergies to red pepper, capsicum or any of the listed essential oils, or a chronic skin condition, it is safer to avoid this product or to ask a pharmacist or dermatologist first. The same applies if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or being treated for a medical condition: professional advice is preferable to guessing. This cream is a cosmetic product and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
