I have sensitive skin. Can I use this product and are there any precautions I should take?

If you have sensitive, reactive, or easily irritated skin, you should use extra caution. Before a full application, it is strongly recommended to perform a patch test. Apply a small, moistened section of the plaster to a discreet area of skin (like the inside of your forearm) for just 5-10 minutes. Wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reaction like excessive redness, rash, or persistent itching. If your skin tolerates it, proceed with a very short application time on your target area—start with no more than 5-10 minutes. Monitor the sensation constantly; the warming effect can become intense quickly on sensitive skin. Stop use at once if burning becomes too strong. Having a barrier, like a single layer of thin gauze between the plaster and your skin, is not recommended for this product type as it may block the intended effect, so vigilance is the key precaution.
