I have a known allergy to bee stings — is this product safe for me?

Bee venom is a known allergen. If you have ever had a systemic allergic reaction to a bee sting (such as hives away from the sting site, swelling of the lips or throat, difficulty breathing, dizziness, or anaphylaxis), you must avoid this product entirely. Even a localized allergy to bee products (propolis, honey, royal jelly) increases the risk of contact dermatitis or a more serious reaction when bee venom is applied topically. The venom in this cosmetic formulation is not diluted to a homeopathic level; it is present at a concentration intended to produce a perceptible warming effect. A patch test does not rule out a systemic allergy — it only checks for local irritation. Consult an allergist or your primary care physician before considering any product containing bee venom if you have a history of bee-product sensitivity. Keep the tube out of reach of anyone in the household with a known bee allergy.
