How should the balm be applied, and to which areas? — Golden Star Balm 4 g - CAO SAO VANG

The balm is intended for external use only. Apply a small amount to the skin in the desired area; light rubbing is enough. Most often this is the temples, the back of the neck or the shoulders, when you want to ease a feeling of heaviness or tiredness in these areas.

A few practical rules:

  • Do not apply to irritated, damaged or inflamed skin.
  • Avoid mucous membranes, the area around the eyes and open wounds.
  • Wash your hands after application so that you do not accidentally get balm in your eyes.
  • Do not use under occlusive dressings, as this can increase irritation.

The balm's aromatic effect works both through the skin and through the air: the essential oils evaporate and are noticed as you breathe, so even a small amount of the product gives a noticeable inhalation effect. Keep this in mind in a closed room if there are people nearby who are sensitive to strong smells.

The balm's thick consistency in a metal tin means that it does not run and lasts a long time; a small amount is usually enough for one application.
