Use it as a conventional shower gel: wet your skin, pour a small amount onto your hand, a flannel, or a shower sponge, work it into a lather, and massage it over the body before rinsing thoroughly. Warm water is usually a better choice than very hot water, because very hot water can make the skin feel tighter. Start with a modest amount and add more only where you need it. The 500 ml size is a standard household bottle, but how long it lasts depends on how much each person uses per shower.
This product is suited to a morning shower, an after-workout rinse, or any time you want clean skin with a fruity, fresh scent. It does not need a long contact time; the cleansing agents and soapberry saponins work while you lather. Gently massage areas that collect sweat, such as underarms, back, and feet, then rinse well.
Because this is a wash-off gel, the plant extracts do not stay on the skin the way a lotion does. After patting the skin dry, apply a body lotion, cream, or oil if you want extra moisture, especially in winter or if you have naturally dry skin. Avoid the eye area, as with any shower gel, and do not expect this product to exfoliate: it contains no gritty particles.
If you use a separate body scrub, keep it as a separate step in your routine and do not mix it into the bottle.
