How should I use this scrub in my skincare routine?

Use this scrub when you want to remove loosened dead surface cells and leave the skin feeling smoother to the touch. It fits well into a simple cleansing routine, particularly if you regularly use rich creams, SPF, or makeup and want an occasional step that gives the face a more polished feel.

  1. Start with clean, damp skin so the scrub spreads more easily and the mechanical particles do not drag unnecessarily.
  2. Massage gently with light pressure, avoiding the eye area and any irritated or uncomfortable patches.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water; very hot water can make dry or sensitive skin feel tighter.
  4. After rinsing, apply a simple moisturiser or calming skincare product to support comfort.

Because this is a mechanical scrub, pressure matters more than duration. Let the fine cranberry seed particles do the work rather than pressing hard. If your skin feels warm, tight, or more reactive than usual after exfoliating, use it less often or pause until the skin feels comfortable again.

Avoid combining it in the same routine with strong active products or other exfoliating steps. Exfoliation can make skin temporarily more reactive, so it is sensible to keep the rest of the routine simple on the day you use it.
