Start with clean, dry skin. Pour a small amount of oil into one palm and rub your hands together briefly to warm the oil before applying it. This makes the first touch more comfortable and helps the oil spread evenly.
Use a modest amount for each area. A good guide is to pour just enough to cover your palms lightly, massage that area, then add more only if your hands begin to drag. The exact amount depends on the size of the body part and the type of massage: larger areas such as the back or legs need more, while arms and shoulders need less.
Use long, smooth strokes for relaxing massage or firmer, slower pressure if you prefer a sports-style massage. The oil spreads easily over the skin, so you will not need to reapply constantly. If you are massaging someone else, place a towel underneath to protect the surface from oil stains.
After the massage, you can leave the oil on the skin so the plant oil base continues to soften it. If you do not want an oily residue, wait a few minutes, then pat the skin with a towel instead of washing with soap immediately. Wash your hands with soap and warm water after the session if you need to handle things, as the residue can be slippery.
This is a cosmetic product for skin care and massage comfort only. Avoid contact with the eyes, apply only to intact skin, and stop use if redness, itching or other irritation develops.
