How should I use this nettle shampoo?

Wet your hair thoroughly before applying the shampoo. A small amount is usually enough for medium-length hair; you can use a little more if your hair is thick or long. Spread it between your palms, then massage it into the scalp with your fingertips instead of your nails. This helps the cleansing base lift sebum and buildup from the scalp.

Let the lather run through the lengths as you rinse rather than piling all the shampoo on the ends. That keeps the more fragile parts of the hair from being exposed to unnecessary cleanser while still cleaning hair that has touched styling products. Rinse thoroughly, because leftover shampoo can make hair look dull or feel sticky.

Because the formula includes conditioning components, it will not necessarily feel as harsh as a basic detergent shampoo. However, it is still a thorough cleanser, so if your lengths are dry or tangle easily, use a conditioner after washing. Warm water is generally gentler than very hot water. Avoid contact with eyes; if the product gets in your eyes, rinse them with plenty of water.
